It forms a legally binding agreement between Hereits.com ("we", "us", or "our") and the Partner ("you") and incorporates by reference our broader Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

* Partners must be legally registered entities or individuals of legal age and capable of contracting under applicable laws.

* The services offered should align with Platform categories and quality standards.

* By registering, you confirm compliance with all applicable laws and Hereits.com policies.

1. **Account Setup**: Access our partner interface and initiate registration.

2. **Information Submission**: Provide business details like name, address, contact, service categories and identification or certification documents if required.

3. **Verification & Approval**: We will assess your submission for completeness and alignment with our standards. You'll receive an email once approved or notified of any need for additional information.

4. **Activation**: Upon approval, your services become visible and bookable on Hereits.com.

 4. Platform Role

* Hereits.com acts as an intermediary platform connecting users with independent partners. We do not guarantee the quality or timeliness of the services provided by Partners.

* All services are performed by Partners, who alone are responsible for service delivery, customer satisfaction, and compliance.

 5.1 Partner Responsibilities:

* Deliver services professionally, following local laws and industry standards.

* Maintain accurate, current listings (availability, pricing, descriptions).

* Uphold customer support via Platform tools.

* Respond promptly to inquiries and bookings.

* Secure any necessary licenses or certifications required.

 5.2 Hereits.com Obligations:

* Facilitate partner visibility and customer access via the Platform.

* Offer tools, promotional features, and onboarding support for quality deployment.

* Provide guidance via documentation, training modules, or policy updates.

 6. Data & Intellectual Property

* Partners grant Hereits.com a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use their business name, service descriptions, and media for promotional, listing, and Platform-related purposes.

* Partners agree to Platform communications (emails, SMS, notifications) for operational updates.

Hereits.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate a Partners account with or without notice if:

* Theres a breach of this policy or other Platform terms.

* False or misleading information is provided.

* Services violate laws, ethical standards, or Platform guidelines.

Hereits.com may update this policy as needed. Updates will be published on the Platform with an effective date. Continued use indicates agreement to revised terms.

* This policy is governed by laws applicable to our operational jurisdiction.

* Disputes arising out of or related to this policy will be resolved through designated grievance channels—details available in the Platforms Terms of use  and Privacy policy section.
