Registration on Hereits is a 5 min process. You have to fill in all you basic details along with Shop Location, Address proof and a few more required fields for shop approval. I have an existing business, How do I migrate my products/services and customers to Hereits?
Hereits lets you add your products/services one-by-one. If you need someone to guide you throughout the migrating process (or even do it for you) you may want to consider Hereits services so we can get you up and running in as little time possible.
Are there any hidden charges (Sales Tax) when I shop on HereIts?
There are NO hidden charges when you shop on Hereits. The price you see on the product page is final and it's exactly what you pay. Note: There can be additional delivery charges based on the seller's policy.
Is it necessary to have an account to shop on Hereits?
Yes, it's necessary to log into your Hereits account to shop. Shopping as a logged-in user is fast & convenient and also provides extra security.. You'll have access to a personalized shopping experience including recommendations and quicker check-out.
Do Sellers On Hereits Ship Internationally?
Currently, sellers on Hereits only ship within the locality. The shopping experience is based on proximity thereby you will be able to see only locality based shops and shop only from them. However option of “Deliver to Address” or “Pickup at Store” varies across Sellers.
How can I book services?
To book a services, please follow these steps: Select service you’d like to take Add service to booking cart Choose get service at “service providers place” or “at your location”, choose date and time and add other details then click on book.
How do I know my booking has been confirmed?
An e-mail will be sent once you've successfully placed your booking and the booking subsequently confirmed by Service provider.
Why do I see different prices for the same product?
You could see different prices for the same product, as it could be listed by many Sellers/Store.
Is installation offered for all products?
Installation and demo are offered for certain items by sellers through the brand or an authorised service provider. Please check the individual product page to see if these services are offered for the item.
Can I order a product that is 'Out of Stock' or 'Currently Unavailable'?
The products listed as 'Out of Stock' or 'Currently Unavailable' are not available for sale and can only be purchased once available.
What does 'Currently Unavailable’ mean?
An item is marked as 'Currently Unavailable' when it is not available with the seller at the moment and you won't be able to buy it now.
How can I place an order?
Select the product you'd like to buy Add products to your cart or just hit 'Buy Now' Choose -”Pickup at Store” or 'Deliver to address' option. For “Deliver to address” choose/Add your delivery Address and finally Use a preferred payment mode to confirm the order OR Select the Shop you wish to shop from See their catalogue of products and add them to your Cart Choose -”Pickup at Store” or 'Deliver to address' option. How do I know my order has been confirmed?
An e-mail will be sent once you've successfully placed your order and the order subsequently confirmed by Seller.
How will my order be delivered?
All orders are shipped by sellers by themselves . They will deliver the packages to your doorstep or you can choose to go to shop and pick it up from store if the option is selected.
Why do I see a 'delivery charge'?
It usually costs our sellers more to ship some items. So, sometimes they choose to add a delivery charge. The delivery charge is waived off by some sellers if you shop with them for a certain amount. For more information, check the individual seller's policy on the product page.
I missed the delivery of my order today. What should I do?
The seller delivering your order usually tries to deliver as per the agreed delivery times and costs. In case if you miss collecting a delivery he will reach out to you to check your availability.
